TEACHERS FEST 2021
LIVE VIRTUAL EXTRAVAGANZA
Inaugural Celebratory Event Honoring Teachers

Washington, DC— Teachers Festival, LLC is happy to announce the inaugural Teachers Fest 2021, Virtual Extravaganza. The event, a celebration of the hard work and dedication of educators (including professors, paraeducators, retired educators and students of education), will take place Saturday, June 26th, 2021. Leading up to the event, Teachers Fest is uplifting teachers through various “feel-good” initiatives including: teacher recognition experiences, giveaways and makeovers, as well as an Authors’ Corner for educators to showcase their publications.

There are over 3.7 million teachers in the United States and their efforts warrant acknowledgement. At Teachers Festival, LLC, we believe that teachers deserve to be celebrated for their hard work especially for the sacrifices that they are making during the pandemic – adapting to virtual learning, serving as frontline workers, and attending to the needs of their communities.

The inaugural event aims to draw the participation of educators around the globe and will offer a preview of the nation’s capital, site of Teachers Fest 2022. One of the honorable speakers at this year’s event is 2019 National Teacher of the Year, Rodney Robinson. During the live event on June 26th, segments – including giveaways and makeover sessions – are intended to celebrate, inspire and boost morale. Participants will hear from distinguished members in the field of education, entertainment, as well as health and wellness experts. One of the segments will highlight a teacher in Dubai demonstrating the diversity of educators who will participate in the Teachers Fest experience.

On Saturday, April 24th in Northern Virginia, Teachers Fest and Kendra Scott, hosted an in-store event as a way to show teachers appreciation. During the event, which was open to the public, refreshments were available and there was a deejay playing upbeat music. Teachers received a 15% discount on items purchased – just in time for Teacher Appreciation Day (May 4th) and Mother’s Day (May 9th). A portion of proceeds generated benefitted the DC Public Education Fund. [Note: Safety guidelines were followed throughout the event]

Please join us as we celebrate the life changing contributions of educators from around the world! Show your support and love for teachers!
